Relax at our beautiful pool in the center of our lush tropical gardens with a great view of the ocean. Tradewinds Paradise Villas - Terms & Conditions:

Deposit- 20% of the total room cost is required at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.   Balances are automatically charged to credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival, receipts and zero balance Vouchers follow via your email provided on the forms.

Cancellation Policy- Full refund, less 5% reversal bank charges, if cancelled before the 60 days prior to your arrival.  50% refund if cancelled within the 59-30 days prior to arrival.  No refund if cancelled 30 or less days prior to arrival.  No refunds on unused portion of stay or no shows.
