LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Our condos have the best location on the island, on the quiet north edge of San Pedro Town. It is a three-minute walk along the beach to everything. Two supermarkets and the Island’s first Hospital is just outside our main entrance.

Our Condos have everything you will need whether if you want to cook, grill, or make a smoothie. They have fully equipped kitchens, all granite countertops, and Air Conditioning, free housekeeping and Wi-Fi. The lower floor living rooms have a queen size Murphy bed and our full bathrooms have a double entrance. All our Condos have a private veranda, and the sea view is absolutely spectacular.

There is No motorized traffic in front of our beach. Our beachfront condos are four of the closest condos to the ocean in the complex. You can easily walk to all what the town has to offer as well as other grocery stores, restaurants, and our island nightlife. You can swim in our freshwater pool or right off our dock in the sea. You can also be picked up right on our dock for any number of excursions from diving, snorkeling, fishing, and mainland adventure tours.

 Our full-time onsite office with Emanuel, Marely or Edel can help you with any questions or arrange your dinner reservations to booking a tour like diving, fishing, or renting a golf cart. We have an onsite laundromat, so pack light because we offer laundromat services.
