Our condos-hotel is on the north edge of San Pedro Town. Easy walking to everything, we are a family- friendly complex. Our ground is beautiful with a lush garden and a freshwater pool with up b.y.o bar. Our Mexican style condos are very comfortable and people staying with us are soon-like family.  Guests get acquainted and get together at the pool for a barbecue day. They even plan group tours together. Our Office can help you offer information Tours and help you book them, also help with making a Restaurant recommendation and/or reservation. Our lower floor one-bedrooms with Murphy Beds Condos can sleep up to 4 people and the two-bedroom condo can sleep up to 4 people using 2 Kings, King & 2 Twins or 4 Twin beds.

Tradewinds Paradise Villas - Terms & Conditions:

Deposit- 20% of the total room cost is required at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.   Balances are automatically charged to credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival, receipts and zero balance Vouchers follow via your email provided on the forms.

Cancellation Policy- Full refund, less 5% reversal bank charges, if cancelled before the 60 days prior to your arrival.  50% refund if cancelled within the 59-30 days prior to arrival.  No refund if cancelled 30 or less days prior to arrival.  No refunds on unused portion of stay or no shows.
